Paleo Snacks Recipe – Antioxidate Vegetable Shake Recipes. Paleo Snack Idea
Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 3 stalks of fresh kale
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tangerine or 1/2 large orange
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
- 2 bananas (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Directions:
- Rinse all fruits and vegetables. Add kale, spinach and coconut milk/juice to blender and blend thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend.
May want to experiment with your favorite fruit and or add a little honey.
Serves 3

Great Paleo Snacks Idea. Dried preservative free fruits, nuts and seeds.
Paleo Nuts and Seeds Recipes

- 1 cup of roasted almondsIngredients
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of dried slices bananas
- 1 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of dried apricots
Mix ingredients well and store in airtight container in cool location
NOTE: Be warn not for those with nut or seed allergies.

Paleo Marinate Mushrooms

Quick and easy Paleo snack. Mushrooms marinated in tasty marinate sauce. Serve as buffet, side dish, appetizer or low fat snack. The fruiting plant fungus stem or stemless. Mushrooms are low in calories. Nutritional values good source of vitamin B complex and minerals selenium, copper and potassium.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of small mushrooms (cleaned)
- 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tspn sea salt
- 1 tspn grounded black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
Preparation:
- In medium saucepan combine all ingredients EXCEPT MUSHROOM.
- Bring marinade to boil and reduce heat.
- Stir in mushroom and let simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and place in container.
- Cover container with marinated mushroom and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
Serves 2
